What’s been occurring at CCF HQ since June?

I hit the ground running in May and it seems like I haven’t stopped. A fabulous mixture of 20 weddings to date from DIY buckets of flowers to the most popular half way house option( where I do some of the floristry work but also provide buckets of flowers)) to the full house of bouquets and floral installation when I organise the whole caboodle. 30 people attended 5 Garden to Vase workshops and I also hosted 6 “girls day out” enjoyed by groups of friends, mothers and daughters, or hen parties who wanted me and the garden all to themselves :). A steady flow of monthly subscription flowers have been delivered locally too. These are great value and get more and more generous in size as the season goes on and the flowers get blousier.
The last Seed to Vase sessions were in July and it was sad today goodbye but also wonderful that they all still keep in touch with each other and I can follow their flowery shenanigans moving forward. As I write this there are only a few places left on the Seed to Vase 2023.
I did enjoy meeting the folk who visited the garden on the June and August garden tours or on private group tour, including one from Germany! It’s a great opportunity to ask questions, share garden and flower passions and experiences and enjoy Lillie B’s cakes!
