Terms and Conditions for Scheduled and Bespoke Floristry and Gardening Courses/Workshops/Open Gardens/Pick Your Own

Receipt of workshop payment confirms acceptance of these terms.

Whilst the dates and prices for the courses on our website are correct at the time of publishing we reserve the right to make alterations to dates, times, and course content.

Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis on receipt of full payment.

If you find you are unable to attend an event you are welcome to send a replacement but please inform us. We regret that fees will only be refunded if we are able to fill your place.  For Seed to Vase courses, should you be unable to attend on one of the six dates, every effort will be made to find a mutually convenient replacement date to catch up on the session missed (only possible once).

We shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to course participants or their property, whether in respect of any neglect, act or omission by us, our agents or employees.

Every effort will be made to use our own flowers. However, we reserve the right to substitute alternative flowers from other British growers if necessary.

Unlikely Events

We cannot be held responsible for exceptional events such as (but not limited to), adverse weather conditions, sudden ill health or other extraordinary incidents. However, if a course has to be cancelled by us, all fees will be refunded by bank transfer less a £5 admin fee per person.Continued use of the Cotswold Country Flowers website confirms your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions which are liable to change without prior notice.

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that the information and details on the website are accurate, we are unable to guarantee that they are so in all respects. We are therefore unable to accept liability for any loss you may suffer as a result of any omission or inaccuracy.

Cotswold Country Flowers does not accept any liability for the content of external web sites.
